When refunds apply

A refund may be approved after a valid cancellation, accepted return, failed delivery caused by us, duplicate payment, or confirmed product issue.

Refund method

  • Card and online payments are normally refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash-on-delivery refunds may require bank or wallet details from the customer.
  • Store credit or replacement may be offered when suitable and accepted by the customer.

Processing time

After approval and item inspection where applicable, we start refund processing as soon as reasonably possible. Bank, card issuer, or payment provider timelines may affect when funds appear.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees may be non-refundable for customer-requested returns unless the return is caused by our error, a damaged item, a defective item, or another issue where applicable consumer protection rules require otherwise.

Rejected or partial refunds

We may decline or reduce a refund if the returned item is used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or not in its original condition for reasons unrelated to our error.
