Return window
For UAE orders, contact support within 7 days of delivery if you need to request a return. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item.
Eligible return cases
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received a different item from what you ordered.
- The item is unused, complete, and still in original packaging.
Items that may not be returnable
- Opened or used bedding, pillows, towels, bath items, or hygiene-sensitive products unless defective.
- Washed, altered, damaged, or incomplete items.
- Custom, clearance, or final-sale items unless required by applicable consumer protection rules.
How to request a return
- Contact support with your order number, phone number, and reason for return.
- Share clear photos of the product, packaging, and any issue if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Keep the item and packaging until support confirms the next step.
Inspection
Returned items are reviewed before approval. If the item does not meet the return conditions, we may return it to you or decline the request.
